POTS Line Replacement moves elevator and emergency phones, alarm panels, parking gates, garage entries, pool and courtyard phones and callboxes onto managed gateways. The cab wiring and the phone stay where they are, every gateway has a twenty-four hour battery, and each line is registered to its own address for 911.
Buildings on Cellular
IoT SIM Cards connect entry systems, cameras, gates and the gateways, controllers, energy management and building sensors that keep needing connectivity for years, and give an alarm or access panel a backup path.
Agents on the Office Number
With 3CX, agents take calls in the mobile apps or a browser, and clients see the brokerage on caller ID wherever the call is answered.

Real Estate Questions
Do we have to replace the elevator phone?
No. The gateway presents the same analog line the phone already expects, at the same place the copper arrived. The cab wiring, the travel cable and the phone stay as they are.
What happens to building lines in a power cut?
Each gateway runs on an internal battery rated for twenty-four hours, and with a SIM fitted the line stays up over cellular if the building network is down too.

Yes. Most sites have a few lines nobody can account for, and we can help you work out what each one is doing before you pay to replace it.
